Complete a X12 spreadsheet, or export data from your current billing system. Import your file, print a billing report, and create the X12 claims file.

• Start Date - displays earliest service date from imported file.
   
• End Date - displays latest service date from imported file.
   
• Payer - displays MN Department of Human Services
   
• Provider - displays the provider name for the imported file.
   
• Preview Report - displays the billing report and duplicates or exceptions reports, if they exist.
