To simplify claims adjudication, the Billing Summary displays:
- Date claims were extracted, period beginning and period ending.
- Office (or location).
- Client's name, date of birth and Medical Assistance Number.
- Contact date.
- Diagnosis code, procedure code and modifiers.
- Staff name.
- Number of units and charges per client contact.
- Total charges per client.
- Total units per claims transaction shown on last page.
- Total charges per claims transaction shown on last page.
